Hey there, my name is Rex Wagner. I’m a commercial loan broker based in Plano, TX.

I help structure financing for real estate developers, investors, and businesses, and connect them to lenders that are the best fit for their scenario. This includes acquisition, construction, bridge, land, hard money, DSCR, cash-out refinance, and SBA loans.

I often help clients secure more competitive pricing, lower fees, or more favorable deal structures than they may find through a single lending institution or shopping lenders on their own.
