My name is Rex Wagner. I’m a loan broker based in Dallas - Fort Worth metro.

I help structure financing for real estate developers, investors, and businesses, and connect them to lenders that are the best fit for their scenario. This includes construction, bridge, land, permanent, DSCR, and business / SBA financing. I work with loan amounts of $25K to $20MM+.

I often help clients secure more competitive pricing, lower fees, or more favorable deal structures than they may find through a single lending institution or shopping lenders on their own.

My goal is to build long-term relationships and serve as an ongoing financing resource as my clients scale their projects, portfolios, and businesses over time.
